POWERING THE FUTURE: A new era of light at St. John’s Grammar School, Oke-Atan, Ile-Ife.

The days of interrupted lessons and “light out” are officially a thing of the past. St. John’s Old Boys Association (SJOBA) has officially handed over a state-of-the-art solar energy system to their alma mater. We didn’t just bring “light”, we brought a powerhouse. This installation is a solution designed to meet the school’s growing energy demands. SJOBA 1982 set went all out to donate to the school’s Administrative block; A high-efficiency solar-inverter system, A massive 10kVA Lithium Battery bank- offering faster charging and longer life cycles than traditional setups, 16 high-performance 16kWh Solar Panels now blanket the roof, capturing the sun’s energy to power a brighter tomorrow.       This project is a testament to what happens when the “Old Boys” unite with a single vision. It is more than just hardware; it is an investment in the next generation of leaders, scientists, and creatives who will walk these halls. This isn’t just a donation, it is a gift of uninterrupted learning and modernization. To the 1982 set who made this possible, we say a very big thank you. UT DILIGATIS INVICEM.
