ADESOJI ADELORE B.SC. FINANCE, M.SC. MANAGEMENT, FCIB, ANIM,
Soji studied at the prestigious University of Lagos for his first and second degrees. His area of specialization is in Strategic Management. He had over twenty years continuous working experience in the banking industry where he was involved in lending, Risk Management, Corporate and Commercial banking. He held several management positions, coordinating large sales force that delivered superior performance. He initiated, supervised and processed large scale funding for several companies, educational and manufacturing institutions. He was part of the implementation team for Enterprise Risk Management in one of the International Banks he worked for. He currently serves as the Chief Consultant of Exalt MultiMega Consulting, a firm deeply involved in Change Management, Strategic Repositioning, training and financial modeling.
He sits on the board of several companies including a National licensed Primary Mortgage Bank, where he chairs the Statutory Audit Committee. He is also an examiner of the Chartered Institute of Banking Nigeria
